About Abdalian Society
Abdalians Cooperative Housing Society is a well-established and LDA-approved residential community located in Mouza Niaz Beg, Lahore. Developed by the alumni of Cadet College Hasanabdal, the society is designed to offer a peaceful, secure and modern lifestyle to its residents.

Our History
1973 — Registration
Registered on 30th June 1973 with the Punjab Cooperative Department vide notification no. 3161-65 dated 09th July 1973.
1985 — Land Acquisition Award
Award letter no. 05 of 1985 confirmed acquisition of 1061 Kanals & 13 Marlas in village Niazbeg/Hanjarwal, Tehsil and District Lahore.
1989 — LDA Allotment
Notification CMP-241-S/LDA/485 allotted 972 Kanals & 11 Marlas in Mouza Niaz Beg to Abdalians Cooperative Housing Society.
Phase-I & Beyond
Developed by alumni of Cadet College Hasanabdal across Blocks A, B & C — from executive plots (13 Marlas to 1.5 Kanals) to budget friendly plots (3 to 10 Marlas) for families from all walks of life.

Our Journey
Society Registered
Abdalians Cooperative Housing Society was formally registered with the Punjab Cooperative Department, laying the legal foundation for the community.
Land Acquired
1061 Kanals & 13 Marlas were acquired in Niazbeg/Hanjarwal under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, setting the stage for development.
LDA Allotment
The Lahore Development Authority allotted 972 Kanals & 11 Marlas in Mouza Niaz Beg to the Society, paving the way for Phase-I.
